Will do. I was told it works for our Ds but who knows for sure.

If the 335d is running an OEM brace then would be restricting the use of the M3 one?

GBD, I am taking my D in today for the suspension upgrade this week. I originally was planning to do all the M3 suspension bits, including the strut tower brace, but the shop talked me out of the brace, saying the E90 frame was rigid enough and that it wasn't worth the money. But I still may do it at a later time.

Yes it is definitely not a "must have piece" over many of the other suspension ones. Reading reviews, it's more of a complimentary piece that brings the entire final package together.

Still not sure if I'm doing the LSD this year. I could but at some point I need to chill with the $$$$ being thrown into the car so it will most likely be done next spring.

Options would be:

Ivo @ Columbus Auto
Rocco @ RMP
Speedstar

Chimed.

Here's a pic thread I started for one of my spring projects. Pardon the title, I felt like messing with the photo-thread regulars...if only they would read the whole subject line before clicking, they would get the joke

Thx. And I subscribed to your post. Can't wait to see more.

I ended up getting 265/35/18 and 235/40/18 pilot super sports and some rotary forged csl wheels that are 17.5 and 20 lbs for 8.5 and 9.5. Tires and wheels, total > $1950.

I don't see why they wouldn't. Didn't have an issue with mine but then again I remember our TPMS works differently for us in Canada than it does for you guys in America.

Very Nice! I've got tire envy for you &' Greek. I got essentially a free set of brand new hankook v12s for the front wheels so I matched the rears. I also had to play it safe due to the rear offsets (hankook s are pretty rounded on the sidewalls vs square Michelins. If I can squeeze an extra half inch of shoulder clearance I'll definitely move to the PSSs on my next round.

Now my concern is if the tires will hold up to track abuse or if I need to get a dedicated track setup. I forgot about CS16s, these or the arcs would probably pair well with some sport cups. Let me know how you like them!

I've read better reviews with the Pirelli P-Zero's opposed to the Michelin PSS. So I bought a set of Pirelli P Zero Nero A/S's, and I enjoy them a lot. They grip pretty nice and are super quiet. They are also $20 less per tire opposed to the PS+.

they make all seasons, wow, was not aware of that.
a/s = n/s

I did have the Pirelli P-zero hi-per summer rubber on a tidy Volvo C30 with sport suspension, lil whip with an amazing chassis (euro focus). Anyhow they were GREAT tires!!! But again, it wasn't an a/s.

$20 per corner is nice. good luck with them!

Michelin has a $70 rebate right now, which was a bonus

I will have pics tonight.

In 2-3 weeks I'll be adding my Vorshlag adjustable camber plates and M3 strut brace kit. At that time I'll also swap out my adjustable sway end links for ones that are a bit longer. Then another alignment.

It's just ridiculous how the car handles now after the M3 suspension bits and Megan Racing toe arms on top of the KW V3s that I added last spring.

My wheels are ready.

Just need to get some spacers and have the tires mounted on.

Only things left for my car to be ready for the summer are:
  • Black Kidney Grilles
    Painted Side Reflectors
    Black Dimsa Tips
