how bright are these (lumens)? Can I use them for my rear turn signals? (Pre-LCI)

please pm me details on what bulb I need for a 2007 e90 (pre lci). I have bulb checks coded out so I don't think I need the resistor.

Have a 2006 325i with xenon head lights. I'm interested in replacing the amber corner bulbs. Are they plug n play or do they require wiring changes or resistors?
