Tire fitment question

I currently drive a 2006 330i and I plan on replacing my tires soon and I also want different rims so I've been searching around craigslist for a set. My tire size is 225/45/17 all around and I was wondering if these specific wheel ( http://newyork.craigslist.org/que/pts/3661374970.html ) can be "plug and play" on my car. Thanks !

*EDIT*: I am not sure if you guys know on the e90post but does anyone know if 225/45/R17 tires would fit on a 1999 740i?

if you mean the wheels and tires, then yes the wheels with those tires will fit on your car, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't.

PS: those tires look mad nice!

those probably have high offsets (low 40s)... you'll probably need spacers if they are in that range.

I was just speaking to him recently and he said the wheels have the correct bolt pattern and center bore size for my car. He says they have a 38 offset which is perfect because my 330i requires a 30-45 offset.

I was wondering if someone could verify this information for me! Thanks!

Those wheels have a lot of rash. Expect to pay $100 minimum per wheel to repair.

I dont mind getting them repaired I just love the look of the style 135 and I want to confirm they will fit before I purchase them for no reason.

almost every BMW (except the e39 generation) has the same center bore size of 72.56 and they also all have the same 5x120 lug pattern. So in that sense, of course they'll fit your car and any other 3 series of any generation. It the offsets are 38 all around, then yeah it'll fit, but they'll look a little sunken in compared to stock wheels - especially the fronts. I personally would add at least a 5mm spacer just to make it look more "factory fitment." Otherwise with wheels from an older gen and looking sunken-in will make your car look awkward.

Awesome sounds good, spacers are not much of a big deal. I was concerned with the fact that these wheels are 18" and mine stock are 17" but if it fits then great.
