Downtown office is the shittzzzz..I love it...Im just temporarily at crappy surrey office, should be back in DT in 2 months...cant wait! DT and spring/summer time is the best...

thx Jeff and hook me up when there is an opening. Any IT position is Help desk, system admin, network admin, project manager and etc.

I agree IT pay is pretty decent. The one I have gets me an apartment, car and mods for sure but well govn't position gonna be different (at least sound better )

IT pay is good i guess because every company needs IT dept.
and the work is either ON/OFF....most of the time on internet or just chilling with frds haha
and then as long as the company has good infrastructure, big problems which involve lots of work time is very rare..so SLACKING 80% of the time and pay is better than most office ppl unless they are MGR

my job doesnt sound as good/fun as u think it is...
but definately working in IT field is slack assss and easy decent money..no stress...
im just doing this temporarily to save up and hopefully work in hk in the future...
im still young (22yrs) and making this money is not bad compared to a lot of other kids my age
but this is not the place to make real big money or play major role in company which is why i may move on..

Hey Guys! Just happened to come across your post and wanted to say that I live in Surrey. Never been to a meet in my life as their all way out in Vancouver. That parking lot that us SFU guys use is awesome for meeting up if anyone ever wants to meet or something. Open schedule this semester so hopefully one of these days I can come out to a meet. Cheers!
