Possible $999 Coilover System with Camber Plates for Xi Application! - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

First and foremost, I'm not in no shape or form affiliated or employed by Megan Racing. I'm not in this to make any profit. In fact, I'm trying to find a more frugal and highly performing option for the lackluster of options for us Xi owners.

I'm publishing this thread as a form of a petition and/or survey. A few nights ago, I realized that there is a middle market within the Xi community that needs to be taken care of. There's really no viable coilover option that isn't in line with a middle class budget. So I called up an old buddy of mine at Megan Racing and he said let's make it happen. Obviously with two conditions, one is I need to find a stock sport suspension set for him to reverse engineer and two is to rally up a decent number of people that are interested in making the purchase.

Megan Racing's Euro Sport Series of their Coilover Damper Kits is pretty awesome. I actually have it on my E46 M3 at the moment. I love the fact that it works like the higher priced brands, its 32 point adjustability, and the icing on top is that it already comes with camber plates in the front. I got it for $999 and shipping. I'm sure I'm not the only one on this forum that can attest that Megan Racing is a great bang for the buck!

Add my name to the list. Serious buyer for e90 xi. I just bought kw v1s and it doesn't go low to my liking. I have the original shocks and springs from my xi, no top hats though ,that I can send if needed.

Most ppl dont know about them but STD suspensions also makes a 3 way adj kit for our cars as well for around 1500 iirc.

heard of them and theyre in the same caliber as megan racing. but if i'm gonna spend 1500 i might as well get kw v1s.

the euro sport series of megan racing is comparable to the mid range of kw v2s and v3s in regards to adjustability. so to answer your question yes it will definitely be lower than v1s.
