E90: LCI hood on pre LCI front bumper

I really want to do a LCI conversion on my e90 which got me thinking. Is it possible to attach a LCI e90 hood onto a e90with a pre LCI front bumper with the capability to open and close the hood and drive the car? Since the pre lci grill has a cut on the top end of the grill (which blends with the chrome bit on the pre lci hood), and the LCI hood has a curve could I possibly buy a LCI grill and attach it or if not just use the pre lci grill and live with a small even gap? Im curious since if its possible I want to buy the hood first and then in the future put a LCI bumper.

Thanks.

Won't work out unless you get a custom install or an LCI bumper.

its a video on youtube about a guy that did a pre-lci hood on lci grills and bumper. i think the hood would have a gap for grills that is all if you used a lci hood with pre lci grill and bumper, if i find more solid evidence because i'm thinking of doing it until, i get the m-tech upgrade. ill let you know

Thanks, Theres a guy on E90 post who did a conversion and during the process he attached the LCI hood with a pre LCI bumper and it looked like it fitted very well.
