No. This was just pulled out of my e93. This was installed before the f12 was released.

The product code M4C-STHFBW1 in your picture points to 6 series convertible in motive mods website whereas product code M4C-STLFBW3 is listed for e93?
I have a 2007 e93 & there would be no issues with compatibility & latest firmware upgrade?

No issues. I had an 07. The discrepancy you're seeing is that they came out with a new model which is more plug and play and have the whole unit a different part number. It's the same thing. Does the same stuff. Has the same software.

Quick question, what exactly does the smart top module do? From what I gathered, you can open and close windows and roof with your key fob. Can't we already do that? I just picked up an 07 335i e93 and I think I'm missing something with this module. Love some info as I am a newbie (1 day owner

Extends the range. One touch open close from inside. Folding mirrors. You don't have to hold the remote button to op. there's a lot of lil things. Op while moving. Etc. its something you will take for granted when its gone lol
