I've driven it 3 times now and can't honestly remember a modern day hatch, which I've driven, feeling as capable as the A-class. Perhaps I've missed something in terms if cornering ability. No hint of any under steer, flat as a pancake around the corners and great feel in the steering. The body feels rigid and no wobbling at all.

Main dealer will probably be about that for a 180 I would have thought. Initial offer I got on the a250 engineered by AMG was 320 per month, initial offer. Dare say it would go well under 300 with a bit of haggling. A180 is a fair bit cheaper. I just looked thoughtful while looking for the door with a small tear in my eye.

However, when it came to the driving experience of all three I found the A Class was the worst by quite a large margin. It feels like it is a few generations behind in terms of development compared to the other 2. This was purely my opinion when i test drove an A250 with all the AMG fandangos on it.
I had exactly the same experience this month.
Its probably too small for me anyhow. The new Sportback is in another league.
A truely excellent all rounder premium hatch.

Imagine what the S3 will be like

interesting point there is a review of the CLA in this months top gear and it finds same outcome. Which is a shame as the CLA looks amazing and as a AMG would sound and look great but seems the ride is not there.

I cant complain about the B class its not bad the RFT tyres are a killer but so they are on E9xs apart from that its very good.

At same time its not a sports car and while its a sport model its by name only so it can be forgiven a A250 though is suppose to be a hot hatch shame they missed the mark. at same time cant wait to drive one
