Question Mixing ZF LifeGuard 6 & Pentosin ATF 1 ??

Hoping someone can answer this one . I own a 325xi, 2006 sedan, completely stock I'm looking to change my ATF fluid , would it be ok to use the Pentosin ATF 1 brand , since all the oil does not come out from the Torque Converter or use the ZF LifeGuard 6 ?

All recommendations everywhere are to use BMW fluid. It is different than other ATF oils. Search a bit you'll find why (I'm just parroting so I don't have the details of the rationale).

Use LG6. It's not that expensive since you'll probably only change this once.

I have a 2006 325i with ZF auto trans. I used pentosin atf when I drained the transmission fluid at 51k miles. I'm now 63k, so far everything's good. I plan to do filter/pan change at 100k

Question

Just need to know, if BMW Automatic Transmission oil is M1375.4 as the attached photos shows ,and so is
Pentosin ATF1
ZF LifeGuard 6
Red Line D4 ATF
BMW OEM

Which one would be preferred on a drain & fill for a 2006, 325 xi,auto ?
