Replacing weatherstrip

Can anyone help a fellow e90 owner. I am in need of instructions on how to replace weatherstrip on driver door. It's the rubber strip that guides the window. I have the part but hoping someone with a diagram can help.

Appreciate any help in advance. Thx.

pull old one out, press new one in, it is not easy, but not exactly hard, just make sure you match up the corners exactly before you start pressing the new one in
