my opinion, take it as a lesson learned. Cut your losses, get it detailed by the best, and maintain as best as you can.
Unless is a legal obligation, the dealer wont even lift an eyebrow if you go in and stomp your feet at them. I bought my 335i less than a week ago and tried to get the dealer to cover a second key and they practically laughed at me. |

Just food for thought! but you gamble anytime you purchase a used car whether in state or out of state. I myself had my BMW 335i transported in from Maryland while working overseas and never had a chance to see until I reached home for R&R. Its flawless and a perfect buy but yes i was worried and would I do another out of state purchase without seeing the car first hand in the future, probably not. First time for everything......

SAME situation here. Bought my car CPO 2 years ago and at the dealership it looked FLAWLESS. 3-4 washes later I was like "what the hell happened?!" 2 bumper resprays, 2 professional paint correction/details, and like 4 PDRs it's back to near-new condition. Takes a lot of time and money.
