OSS has my lights

Hopefully get them back soon I'm really excited about it. I got the v2 and blacked out. Ill post some pics when I get them back and my car is a 2010 335 lci black sapphire.

I have the V4's I actually like the look of V2's better. The beadednesss adds a bit of aggression IMO.

Sent mine down to Luis a couple of days ago as well. Wanted the solid ring look and went with the V4 with full blackout. Definitely post pics when you get them back.

Nope he got mine last wed and said it would be shipped out tues and I emailed them and they said my box was in bad shape and they would have to purchase shipping materials, which sounds strange and they were supposed to send me some pics which I haven't gotten I hope I get my lights this week. When did they receive your lights?

He emailed me last Wednesday morning letting me know that they arrived safely. We chatted via text on Monday about the details. He had them done later that night and sent me a teaser pic. They shipped out on Tuesday and according to FedEx will be delivered tomorrow. All in all....it looks like a week and half turn around.

I can tell you from talking with Luis.....he's crazy busy. He sent me the tracking number the day they shipped. I gave him my phone number....it was much easier then hoping he would check their email.

I just got an email saying he cut himself and had to go to the hospital Monday and it got an infection and so on and that he was extremely sorry and will be back at the shop this Monday so I will have been without my headlights for almost 2weeks by the time I receive them. Hope he is all right but I'm just bummed its taking so long. I was told its a 3day turn around.

Seems Luis is getting sloppy lately. And for the price he charges I would think it would be much better service.

I almost sent mine out to him actuallu and located a local that has been doing this for years a few days before. Best part is its not only local but its LESS then half the price. Turn around time can be a day if really needed but recommends to leave for 2 days for the sealant to cure

I wish I lived on the west coast there is so much more out that way than on the east coast.

I have to respectfully disagree as I just received top notch service from Luis. Once he had my lights we talked out the details. He made recommendations base on my car's color and vinyl work. We exchanged each others cell numbers which made it great being able to text back and forth during the whole process. I can't say that I've received that level of personal service from other vendors that I've dealt with over the years. It seems a little silly to accuse someone of poor service if the dude had to go to the hospital with an infection.

I'm sure there's plenty of other people that do similar work for a better price. But, he has a proven product and track record. He's someone I can trust and includes a one year warranty. I'll pay the extra cash for piece of mind.

Don't get me wrong I have talked to him over the phone many times and was a very helpful guy for me atleast. I have just seen a few bad things lately and maybe he's just to busy and has got backed up lately. Who knows

As for the price the workmanship and the track record. My guy has been doing it longer not only angel eyes but retrofits of all different model cars and has been in the business doing this. I would not let just anyone do work for me that's why 1st talks to Luis. But seriously he is wayyyy over priced and people pay so I understand why he charges that.

The customer above did get the run around though
