Just make sure all the connectors are connected right. Also, double check the connector from every angle to see if there not misaligned. That happened to me once and one of the connectors wasn't plugged in right and car was making the same sound your exampling.

Download the PRocede install guide and go from there.. For the JB4 all the connectors are colour coded to match the stock ones.

All the plugs don't require any force to put in. Just match all the plugs with JB4 and the ECU female connectors. Just remove all the tunes. Try to put it back to stock and then put the tune in (if you want). I don't have any experience with Procedes but its very similar looking to the jb4 (I think).

http://burgertuning.com/instructions/JB4PnP.pdf

Read the pdf word for word and you'll be fine. Take your time and double check everything!!

Am I the only one thinking this? Your lack of basic language syntax and grammar skills makes me question whether you have any business driving a car, much less mucking about in the E-box! You should follow the goddamn video on how to install the "hb4" that is so painfully easy to follow that... well... let me just stop my rant there.

RTFM. Read The [Fabulous] Manual. In print and full color video.

Seriously, dude, you make me weep for the future of America.

If your procede is black then its the old one. you can either have the pin out harness or the plug and play one.

If you harness has plugs that match the stock connectors then just unplug each one and plug the stock engine harness plugs back into the ECU and remove the power wire where it connects into the fuse.

If you have the pin out version then pull pone plug at a time out of the ECU. Find the wires that go to the Procede harness and pull the pins out one at a time, pull apart the pins where the stock harness connects and plug the pins back into the OEM plug. When this is done for all wires on that plug then put it into the ECU again and start on the next one. Then remove the power wire where it connects into the fuse.

Either method shouldn't take very long (less than 2 hours for a first timer that has no idea what is going on).

If you are not confident then get the install manual emailed to you from Vishnu tuning and reference the wire colors to ensure all wires are going into the right spots.

Again this isn't very hard, even if you aren't good with cars. There are instructions and if you read them they will tell you what to do... simple as that.

Good luck

Maybe when you disconnected the vacuum hoses you didn't reconnect them correctly?

You shouldn't need to do anything with the vacuum lines as far as installing the tune goes.
