Stock HPFP went out please help!!

I purchased my e92 about a yr ago so I'm still learning things as I go. I just recently found out in a dealer visit that my car received a branded title for being a lemon car due to the fact the hpfp had been replaced multiple times.. I've driven over 10k with no issues now my hpfp went out and I want to know what's a good alternative pump I can use instead of the stock one again so I dont go threw this again. I've done research on this and can't figure it out. Im stock now but planning on a Cobb tune, fmic, down pipes, and exhaust soon. What should I do?

There is a warranty extention on HPFP, and the replacement part is now an upgrade that should not have the same weakness.

If I'm not mistaken I think my service advisor said it was replaced about a yr and a half ago. I know I have the 10yr /120k wArranty but I really don't want to have to go back and replace it every year or so even though it's free, I'm looking to see if there is a more permanent fix

If there was a more permanent fix, it would be what BMW uses to fix it.
