I wasn't aware he sold them, cool. And yes, given that he isn't buying parts in massive bulk quantities and is hand-soldering and assembling these on his own in the US as opposed to having them roll of the line in China, of course the price is higher. And I'm sure he would admit that the majority of his price is in fact labor.

minor update: the high beams do work, i believe that my adaptive headlight modules just cause them to flash with the turn signals when the lights are on though. very strange and i get highbeamed now that people think im flashing them with a high beam out.

cant wait for my OSS to come!

Dominus, if you dont mind me asking.. how much did a pair of the OSS headlights cost? Were you paying just for Louis' service or was it the actual headlights plus his work on them?

They look great! Luis just finished mine as well and shipped them out today. Of all the mods I've done....OSS has been the one I've been the most excited for. I'll be checking back to see what they look like when you get them installed.

Whats up with the inner projector? That ruins the function of the cornering light, no?

Yes but they aren't as useful to me so I'm gonna make them more cosmetic if I can figure out how to recode them

No damn FedEx wouldn't drop it off without a signature. Then I signed the slip for drop off for fri but they still didn't drop it off. If not tomorrow I'm gonna drive an hour to go get them.

Yours look great BTW! Just get some stealth bulbs for the blinkers. And are they really that blue or is it the camera?

That sucks....of all the types of delays that's gotta be the worst. Looking forward to seeing them.

I was going to get the custom LED for the turn signal from Luis but he was out of stock. WeissLicht has a pair that I might pick up but I would really like the yellow rather than the amber.

The camera did exaggerate the color a bit. They have a bit of blue to them but not as much as in the pics.

They look awesome! How does the quad projectors work? I'm assuming you no longer have cornering lights.

they surprisingly enough still work well as cornering lights... however i hope to code them to work as demon eyes by replacing the bulb with a colored LED and having them come on with the AE

No, you can bake them open but it's a pain, so I can see why he went that route.
