Introduction, New Owner
Hi all,
I just picked up a Titanium Silver/Black E90 330i with sport package, 6M, Premium, Heated Seats. It was a rep demo with about 8K miles. I CPO'd it for an extra 2 yr, 50K in Warranty for a total of 6/100. The 330i shares garage space with my 1989 E30 M3 and will be my daily driver. The 330i makes my 6th BMW and first non-M car BMW. I live in Fort Collins, Colorado, so I will eventually be picking up a second set of wheels for the car that will mount snows in the winter, a set of track tires for the summer. While my M3 remains my preferred track car, the E90 is so good, it must get some track time. I hope to take it out to Sonoma for a BMW CCA school at Infineon in March. I just cannot believe this car-it is so comfortable, yet so capable. I was comparing it back to back with an 05 330i ZHP. I first drove the ZHP and really felt like it was the best non-M BMW I have ever driven, that is until I got in the E90. The turn in on the E90 is razor sharp, less body roll than the ZHP, clearly more get up an go once you hit about 4,500 rpm, and overall a better ride. The net feel in the E90 is a bit more isolated, the soundtrack a little more subdued, but overall, I think the E90 really does out perform. Thinking back to my two E36 M3s, this E90 clearly outperforms the 95 and if not out accelerate, will out handle the 98. Look forward to learning from you all.

Welcome! I think you're right on with the e46 ZHP / e90 comparison.

ahh i love the e30 m3. I had an e30 325i.
I would kill for an e30 M3 or an e28 M5.
