Okay, I just was looking for a ball park estimation so I don't have to keep going back and forth.

Well you probably will want to go back and forth a bit. You still want the vent to be somewhat directed at the oil cooler so I wouldn't chop it all at once. Chop it half, throw it on the bumper, then have someone else hold the bumper up to see if you're good to go or need to do more trimming.
