That's a 99% perfect car. If it were just a 335i, it would be epic and ultimate. GLWS.

Looking to generate interest at this point and to make contact with potential buyers. There is a sister thread going on in the California section, but thought I would open it up a bit.

Good Luck with your surgery. I sold my E39 5Sp wagon due to 2 left ankle surgeries. I am stuck driving a boring Lexus now. I miss my wagon every day as I am sure you will miss yours. Very Nice.

the e39 touring is a very tight car, hope you took pics to remember it! wagons really are great for active people. all-in-one sports/utility/luxury. i will defintiely miss this one. it's funny how you are now in a lexus because i see myself in something comfortable like that soon, lol.

a) I feel for you, had massive surgery on my left foot a while ago, the clutch still hurts every once in a while.

b) I've got this:
also with the 5spd... wanna be friends? haha.

^ NICE lol, good looking wagon right there. i spent some time in new england for boarding school and college. must have picked up a taste for sport wagons at some point over there.

shoulder surgery is over and successful but am in the thawing phase from the 1.5 months of arm isolation. when the PT doc stretches it out i almost cry in pain. wouldn't have done the procedure but am too young to stop surfing. just being dry-docked for 6 months is a nightmare in and of itself.

Same thing for me, except my passion/poison is mountain biking. I'd be willing to bet that the owners of sport wagons have the highest percentage of sport related injuries out of any bmw owners.

Trying to scheme a way to off load mine and upgrade to yours.... Don't think I'll be able to swing it by this summer though :/

i have no doubt that's true... add in all the skiers/snowboarders and even road cyclists take some nasty spills sometimes. conversely, i would say that the coupe and vert folks are the least likely to get injured? hah.

Sorry to hear of your injury plokij. You sound to young to be having to deal with that stuff already. Me at 43 I get blasted by the wave over the weekend on my boogie board showing off with the kids and my backs in different spasms Teaches me for showing the kids how to not kill them selves when the big ones coming to squash you while your paddling out

Could work out perfectly as I'm in between a beautiful '03 M5 and a wagon of some sort. Love to take a look at it when I bring the family down to the Crown City Classic (Coronado) Soccer tournament coming up in July or if need be sometime earlier.

PM me when you get a moment as I have some questions and it's been a while since I last posted and it's telling me I can't PM quite yet.

yeah, it was a freak occurrence and i didn't even know i did anything until my shoulder kept partially dislocating every time i tried to surf after the initial injury. all i can say is that recovery has been 10x harder than surgery and injury combined. joints are very complex!!!

can't PM you either... try to post a bunch of "looks good" comments in the photos section to get the count up...
