Just checked mine today and it was eating up my sidewall bad. Also moved away like 1-2mm. Need to figure out how to keep that sucker in place.

Rob so you have a 10.5 rim with a 295 is it bubbling over the lip of the rim yet. Any reason why you didn't go 11?

Think the welds will ruin the paint on fender? You gonna trim the inner metal higher before you have it welded up.

Post some pics after.

285 was stretched a bit...295 is ever so slightly stretched...almost even.

That's one fat tire I guess it depends the manufacturer also either way you're doing a good job. Your opinion If you had a choice on rims LC818 or F14 deep concave not sdc. Which one looks better

I had satin black LC818....want a pic? If these where PSS they would stick over the rim but have less tread.

I barely rub now, is it possible to cut the metal inner fender that has separated out a bit?

if your getting the car painted I would get rid of the inner fender all together. I mean trim it off as much as you can.

heck since the car is being re painted, after you trim the whole inner fender lip, you should also roll/pull your fenders out until the old paint cracks, then get the inner lip spot welded, and send it to the body shop to get re painted.

that's what I would do if I was repainting my ride.

YES, it can be done. I have trimmed/shaved many inner fender lips and that is a request I often get. Fender trimming is the way to go for the most aggressive set ups. PM me if you have any questions.
