Not trying to cause more drama but if my man is willing to drive to your place to return them and get his money back why not let him do it and give him the money back?

Because obviously he knows what he did and doesnt wanna man up about it.

Nobody buys or sells things like coilovers without knowing its condition point blank period. B**ch ass thing to do along with a b**ch a$s response.

...like d'oh!

come to think of it - wasn't there a Simpsons episode about coilovers?

...also - why is this being debated PUBLICLY? what the heck are we forum
members supposed to do - round up a posse and go after the guy?

Even though it really sucks, take it as a lesson learned. If a deal is too good to be true......

Always check to see if the person had any dealings with board members before.

In the end I hope the guy returns your money, he claims to have not known the condition of the parts and he should refund you.

Give the man his money back. You can have them repaired under warranty and resell them. If you need money that bad get another job. Just my 2 cents

Thing is RIZZ1617 you WOULD drive whatever amount of hours it takes to sell messed up coilovers. You did what you had to do to sell them to what you are now calling a "sucker".

What you did was screwed up in your part. Answer the question. Why wont you give him your address so he can drive them back to your door step for a refund?

Sorry to meddle, but y arent u trying to help, u keep saying the parts are still under warranty, if so help him get them replace . Whether u knew the part were damaged or not, at the end of the day u sold damaged parts, now it's time to redeem yourself .

Hate to be a meddler, but you keep saying "a sale is a sale" like that makes it right. You stated they were in mint condition so as a trusting buyer, I assume it's good to go.

1. List used crap as mint
2. Sell to unsuspecting victim
3. ???
4. Profit!!

Damn, you would sell your dignity for $400? lol, also using your wife for an excuse? Why not just tell her to stay home and make drive yourself?

A quick name search from a potential buyer in the future will definitely bring this thread back from the dead. You ruined your name over $400

Good job man

If you sold many parts and never had complains, wheres the itrader feedback? And plus selling stuff many on times does not mean this was not the mean this time of selling the blown coilovers.

Send a message via AIM to SfValley335i
The person that got scammed can do a reverse phone # lookup for $10. Youll get his billing address and pay him a visit.

He sold you pos ebay coilovers, whether or not he knew they were broken shouldnt matter. Theyre utter crap and he sold them to you without informing... just the fact that he wont take them back shows he knew they were blown.

shame on him for using his pregno wife or kid as an excuse. Majority of the time buying used moving parts is a headache.
