+1 never had or heard from anybody dealed with them. i say they are one of honest vendor in the forum.

you ordered from the vendor or the website itself?

you want a solution but you arent willing to ship back the item?

most vendors and retail stores wont send you replacements until you send the part back, specially not the second time around. Maybe the way it is being handled or the shipping company are at fault? Not sure but regardless it sucks, but before you blast a vendor who already attempted to make it right once you might want to isolate the issue and wait for them to contact you back.
