Question: JB4 N55 Stage 2 flexfuel/e85 wires installation

Having trouble locating the fuel pressure rail sensor for the N55. Anyone can help out?

the sensor is behind the plastic cover that covers the top of the engine. It's not visible. You're gonna have to reach into the back and feel around for it.

On my car, I was able to find it standing on the driver's side. If you lift the plastic cover up slightly, you'll gain more access underneath it. Feel around for the connector, which is large (like on the flex fuel wiring).

Do you recall what side the push tab is located? I believe I may have located the sensor but couldn't get it to budge. Its raining right now and will work on it tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think it's right on top. Take a look at the flex fuel sensor included with the new wire. It should be identical to that.

It might just be easier to remove the plastic cover. If you remove the passenger side strut bar it should come right off. I recently did this to unplug the o2 sensors when doing a DP install. Literally takes an extra 5 minutes. Just be sure you have an E18 torx to remove the strut bar, it's not common.
