Let me know if you ever decide to sell the 2nd lip, I'll get it off from you.

Already had a few close moments haha! So far so good though. Just can't drive it on weekends or anything when defect stations could be set up.

I'm not even sure it rayz has mounted my first lip on his car! Dunno exact specs on the CCWs but they're 10" front and 11.5" wide rears.

DO EEEET! Although with a 335i I'd go for power mods first.

Sorry for the hijack, Love the C63 SCE, what did it get at the creek?

How does it compare to a 335? I have driven both and was ready to buy the C63 but decided to wait another year for finances. I have only done the JB4 G5 so far but think the 335 would be a close run. maybe we could do a EC drag meet one day... I may need a few more mods first

From what I hear, the C63 is a different animal to a 335i and you can't really compare the two. The C63 is in a higher league.

obviously different league at half the rrp, but with a few mods i have watched some youtube clips which show in a straight line the race is pretty even and some won by the 335.

Nothing beats the sound of a C63 at full power... music to my ears!

If anyone is interested in a WSID meet one week im keen. I need my license and learnt the hard way the road isnt a race track.

Do you mean track or drags? Drags best time so far is a 12.11 which is okay, but people overseas have managed to get into the 11s bracket with a stock car. My 60ft times are slow (i.e. 2s or above) so if I can get them down to below 2seconds then I think I can also run a high 11.

Both are totally different engines and impressive in their own way. I love modded N54s, but the power delivery in the M156 motor is so linear it is deceptive.

^ This ^

You will need FBO and Meth, and in Edwins case some race-gas and a bucket load of excuses. But it is definitely do-able in a modded N54 vs stock M156.

you can't compare a modded 335 to stock C63, well i don't anyway. I compare a stock car to stock car.... if you do then any modded car can be compared, there's Supra's EVOs WRXs out there that would blow a C63 away.....

Sorry for the rant
