Or buy cheap used lights and retint them to a lighter/removable tint?

Solder a wire from the positive lead of the signal bulb on the circuit board to the positive lead on the board of whatever bulb you want to light up at the same time. Whenever one bulb comes on, the other will too. If you want it to only go one way (other bulb only lights up when signal is on, not signal lights up when other bulb comes on), use a diode.

I have no idea how to do this lol. I'm just looking for any person/place with the skills to do this... Where should I be looking?

Trust me when I say it's substantially easier than it sounds. Watch a ten minute intro to soldering video on YouTube and buy yourself a $20 soldering iron, a piece of wire, and a diode and you'll be good to go.

If you don't want to attempt it, just ask your friends if any of them can or know someone who can do basic soldering. It's a really simple job.

I don't know anything about anything when it comes to this stuff. I'd rather not even attempt it.. Doubt my friends know how to, either
