Large Exhaust Tubing Rattling

Hey everyone,

I've had a 3.5" single pipe HPF exhaust on my N55 335i for a few months now and have been having some major issues with rubbing/ rattling. The exhaust has always ridden pretty low (which I'm willing to deal with for now), but has been rattling/ rubbing agains the upper heat shield any time i go over even the smallest bump/crack in the road. I've also noticed the V-Bands getting loose pretty often.

Any suggestions on how to fix or reduce the rattling would be appreciated?

Is this a common problem for other HPF exhaust owners or other people with larger tubing? If so, How have you dealt with it?

Kind of makes me glad I didn't buy the HPF exhaust. Try taking it to an exhaust shop, have them heat the tubing in order to adjust it
