Front bumper alignment

Had an Dinan FMIC and oil cooler installed at the dealer and they just can't seem to get the gap from bumper to hood as tight as it was before the install. Taken it back 3 times (90 miles from my house) and they keep giving it back not so perfect. I loosed and double checked all the fastening points and everything looks good but the gap is bigger than it was as well as it seems the tire clearance in the front wells is slightly reduce (like it's tilted slightly down and back). Some cutting was done to get it all to fit but I just can't seem to find the right adjusting points to get it right. Any suggestions?
