Hi, i am running on castrol edge 5w 40s at the moment but have just ditched the DPF at Ecotune, had EGR delete and re-map.Dont know whether to stick with low saps castrol or try another cheaper Fully synthetic oil.Or am i just being tight

Search for GM Dexos2 on eBay, you can get 10 litres for just over 40 delivered.

Have ran it on my brothers old 320d and my dads current E220 CDi with no issues what so ever, quite a few other people on other BMW forums use it also and no problems.
