I had that happen once around the 60k mile mark, my low coolant light came on when I started the car. I checked the coolant reservoir and it was really low. The next day I drove it to my local BMW dealership and they topped up the coolant for free. Not sure why it happened... but it hasn't lost any coolant since.

The dealership also topped up my washer fluid for free too I only have CPO and no maintenance plan. I didn't even need to talk to the SA... the car porters just took care of it without any drama.
