Maybe for N54, but not N55. Still all beta maps for N55, I believe.

To be more clear, I am speaking solely of the increased power vs JB4.

Wait your friend already has the tune you are asking us about? He should be telling us then!! Why don't you just drive his car or do a couple of side by side runs to see who's faster?

JB4 for me though!

I just did the flexfuel wires with my Jb4 and now my biggest enemy is traction, I imagine the JB4 with x-drive would be a monster.

Remove intake - go back to stock/
Upgrade charge pipe.
Ease up on the e85 mix. - go meth with pump.
Don't need to boost crazy- the n55 can only handle so much.
If ur xi - u can try to kill 2nd cats on oem exhaust.

Tune? - u want piggy back or flash - or both.
Have fun. N55 is torque'e-

xi have cats on the downpipe and on the stock exhaust.
if u got catless dp ur still have 2ndary cats on exhaust.
look under ur bimmer can u see the cats on the mid section -

there's so much an intake will do for the n55.
do a drop in filter if u want induction noise in ur engine bay.
if u have a tune - delete ur intake mod.
if u have no tune the intake will help.

This is xi n55 exhaust -
The two round cats up top. Kill that and add back ur muffler for some bck pressure.
Just a suggestion.

im guess the 2 on top are cats and resonators are the ones on bottom, this has nothing to do with downpipes right? deleting those cats will make car smoke or smell really bad no? it gives hp gains?

Are you kidding

Jb4 is l3EAST....(!!!)

If you have jb4 you can get a backend flash for free... !!! Save money $$$$
Its the exact same thing you get from Cobb or any flash out there

Not to mention the jb4 features

Do some reading you will like what you find this is brand new stuff that just came out like a week ago.
Hope this helps
