vacuum canister info needed!

I am wanting to mod my vaccum canisters by putting a metal barbed fitting on top and bottom but want to make sure this is just a canister with a simple nipple on it, not some crazy design on the inside with passages ect.

Deleted them on my roomate's car and I haven't noticed any side effects, good or bad, one of the nipples broke so we bypassed it.
I don't see how modding it would hurt...could be wrong but I say try it out. A new one is $30 on ecs anyway... no biggie if you f it up

It's really easy to check the integrity of the cannisters using a mighty vac and they aren't that expensive to replace..... but whatever floats your boat man.

Rather know they are good and just leave them. Modded them in 15 mins.

Rob did it turn out to be just a hollow canister without any cavities ?
having small leak issues dc is too high this might be something I do just for piece of mind along with the other crap.

Hollow and a pretty thick plastic to...wonder why they made the nipple do dann flimsy.
