Vishnu Very Bad Business
Dont know what you guys think, but when a professional company takes credit card details from hundreds of people to sell a product then just vanishes into thin air i see that as damn bad business.
YES we all agree we love V2 but SHIV said it was ready for launching and hundreds of people bought the damn thing so where is it, no updates, no info, no word, they just go on holiday after the biggest launch the company has ever seen is very bad planning and just damn bad business. They should be keeping thier customers informed and updated not going on holiday and vanishing with hundreds of people credit card information. All im asking for as a customer is to be kept updated and i dont think thats too much to ask from a company that has just taken orders for tens of thousands of dollars from hundreds of people. I know im probably going to get a couple of posts with people kissing SHIV'S ass saying they working hard, leave them alone and so on but its not about KISSING ASS anymore im paying for a product i want to be kept informed about my order, SHIV has not even told us up to what order number will be getting V2 we dont know whats going on at all. Come on guys please give your customers some info... |

Like i said before, the only part about us being used was for credit. You don't have to be obligated to someone if you don't charge the card. But once you charge it, there should be transactions associated with a sale, and that includes updates if the delivery date cant be met. I cant believe the site still says V2 upgrade kits start shipping on the 10th Sept when in fact none has been shipped. I know Shiv may be busy personally, commercially and recreationally but it doest take 1 min to post an update in any thread. Bees around here skive on threads day in day out. So pretty much everyone will know.
I dont see Shivs business as being bad, but its a weakness that competitors can harp on, disadvantaging him. I have to admit thought that AA support is fantastic compared to Shivs and its the only reason why ppl who have gone for AA as opposed to Shivs Procede. If only customer support improves, it wudnt need to even take V2 to kill off the competition.. I I hope Shiv realises that. To some ppl or even some ppl now, AA looks like the way to go because of false empty promises on dates and poor customer support though i have to admit the girls on the technical support lines sounded very sexy. I need to give them my number next time. Heh.. |

Mine's in transit, landed at East Midlands airport last night and is scheduled for delivery today
I agree though, better comms would have alleviated a lot of panic. SJ |

Anyone care to speculate on what's causing this delay? Here's my list of possibilities:
1. Delays due to QC or production issues related to the new harness. 2. Beta tester(s) discovered some issues with V.2, and has not yet been resolved. These problems could include: a. Issues with Check Engine Lights or Limp Modes. b. Durability issues discovered in the N54 engine or drivetrain with advertised v.2 levels of power. c. Installation issues. d. Durability issues with Procede parts spec'ed out for v.2 e. Customization software bugs f. Problems when certain parameters are set in certain ways with the customization software. g. Fuel quality sensitivity issues 3. Licensing/legal issues with Haltech regarding V.2 4. Licensing issues with the customization software Anyone else have any more input? I don't have procede but I'm very interested to follow how v.2 turns out for all the users. |

Look im not looking to cancel my order but all im asking is SHIV start a new topic update the custmers with the progress of the orders. Up to what order number has been processed? So people can tell how long they gonna have to wait. Just keeping customers updated isnt much to ask.

According to this link:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...70#post1434470 Only 20 kits were being shipped out on Friday. Does that mean only 20 harnesses were created? I thought he said before that he had a couple hundred done by hand. I guess I wasn't in the first twenty since I didn't get a confirmation? Did anyone get a confirmation that they sent out on Friday? |

I'm glad I don't plan on procede'n my ride till next summer. That long of a wait would be annoying. Specially if you wanted to get your car ready for a specific event. Hopefully things get moving along soon.

YOu as a consumer shouldnt have to speculate. What if BMW didn't give you any updates in reference to your cars build process and instead just gave you a 6 month window and said .....thanks for the money!

but shiv recently posted saying one guy went on vacation and the other is starting school. so he only has one guy left to take care of everything.
You guys should all agree to cancel and ditch them so they learn to communicate, or be patient. |

Why cancel the order? All that will do is put someone that has more patients in line to get theirs before you. You know you'll end up getting the V.2 eventually. The only cards that were charged thus far are the cards of people that are getting the upgrade. Aren't you still happy with the V1.47 or V1.45. I see the points being made with the lack of updates and I'm sure they'll ship out shortly. I know Im the most impatient person on the planet and yet I dont want to lose my place in line...I don't know, I guess this isn't really bothering me that much...
