How much should i lower my car if i get KWv1's or V2's?? 2-3"?? Keep in mind I'm on stock 16" wheels. Not looking for that "slam" look.

IMO, tiny wheels like 16 & 17's look extremely weird on a lowered car.

Measure the distance from fender to top of tire then lower it that much remember is you buy new it's gonna settle so adjust it before you get your alignment after about 600 miles or so. I have 17" and it looks perfectly fine my rears are about halfway covering my tire and front is just on the edge of the tire I can send you pics If you want

I'm gonna echo the sentiments on the Koni FSD's for comfort, I'm really happy with them paired with my BMW PS Springs. The car looks stock, is more comfortable than stock, but has performance when needed. Very happy.

yea I know but will get new wheels next year, hopefully 18's. 19s were kinda bad.

I upgraded from KWv1 to KWv2's and would definitely recommend the V2's. Everyone's comment of too stiff or too harsh is relative to their own taste. If you want to do it right the first time just get the KWv2's and set the rebound to how you want it.

For me:
Track setting = 3 from stiffest on all corners
DD = 7 from stiffest in the front and 10 from stiffest in the rear out of 15 clicks. It is softer than the sport suspension yet feels planted with reduced body roll.

And yes you should get an alignment because if you drop the control arms during the install your steering most likely will not be center.

FSDs are comfortable for sure and Swift springs are high tech. Yellow vs FSD seems to be a matter of preference and you can find many first hand opinions of both.

Looking bk, you are not looking for lowering yr car. I will say upgrade the shocks to Koni Yellows and you can adjust them to your liking

I am running Koni FSDs and 18" Conti DWS non RFTs on my 2007 335i with sport package.

I got KWV2's My god does my car look a lot better. Not only am i extremely happy with the low look of the car but i'm already noticing a difference in handling i should've made this my first mod!! now time to start saving for wheels, mtech rear bumper, trunk spoiler, front diffuser and front lip, and maybe get my roof vinyl ...and this is why im paur
