Leaking coolant + low level coolant light after waterpump replacement

To sum it up, leaking coolant pretty bad, added distilled water to confirm and it is. Its a weekend so all the shops are closed, anyone got any ideas what is causing the leak? Had the waterpump n tstat replaced a few months ago. Yellow coolant light cc-id 166. If anyone can chime in I would appreciate the help.

Thanks

Check right on top on your radiator.
Theres a vent hose that gets brittle.

You mean coolant is getting in the oil?

Labor time................ A lot.

If I had a car that was getting coolant into the oil I would get rid of it or replace the engine asap. Cause the next thing to go is the rod and crank bearings from lack of lubrication.
