Yea, working in customer service sucks. The customer can go off on you like that, but the minute you tell him off or do something wrong, you'll be the one that gets fired because the customer will report you.

I dunno if its fake.. doesnt sound like it. My friend has delt with similar situations but not someone that nuts. Obv its a rare case maybe the guy has some disorder or something you never know...

My wife is a customer care manager for high end luxury brands and has to deal with this shit all the time. She heard it and also said fake. The guy gives absolutely no specifics whatsoever regarding his actual issue and just repeats over and over that they disconnected him. One thing that most people may not know is that it's extremely rare for agents to use their real names and they change them frequently/at random.

I don't know if it's fake or not. Could be, since anything can be staged, but this one you just don't know... I've dealt with people like this. Just as loud, just as nasty, and just as clueless. I've had people literally break down into tears on me. If there's a mental illness at play too, you just don't know how people will react (or overreact).

I mean if you had been bounced around on hold and off for 3+ hours and NO ONE was able to help you, why would you tell the next guy all the same problems, especially if he wasn't in the right department? Just because he's not giving specifics doesn't mean it's fake... I'd be pissed too if I was handed off constantly to a bunch of people who couldn't fix or attempt to fix my problem. Obviously not that pissed, but probably after the first hour I would have given up and tried later.

definitely fake, he made a threat to shoot people and I guaranty you if it was real and real threat he would have been arrested. Also the bleep on the phone number was too short.

Nah, unless the guy on the phone or someone in his company reported it, which they probably didn't.

Like I said, I have personally dealt with people just like him, on the phone and in person. So I don't want to dismiss it as fake right away. It could be, but it could be real.

I've been through similar things with customer service but I kept my cool... its horrible but lol this guy went all out. Especially if its like... Dell or something where their service department is in India lol
