i like the look and functions of the suunto but dont like that they are 49mm. just too big. my biggest watch now is a nixon thats 46 and thats still too big if you ask me.

Won't disagree on the Suunto watches. I am 6'3" so they don't come across as that large but I definitely wear the Navi, the G Shock and the Lum-Tec the most by far...

The Core is not too bad as it is relatively flat but the X Lander is just plain big!

i like the look of that for a sports watch. guess for 300 bucks if i hate it wouldnt be terrible loss. i need to chill with watches. just got the tissot, have a stowa on order and a tag monaco in the works.

For something under $300, I'm a fan of the g-shock. Go anywhere and not care about it much. And they're not so huge.
