New 2013 or 2014 335 Sedan Price diff?
I'm looking to pull the trigger on a new or demo 2013. Now that 2014s are arriving, the dealers are trying to get rid of 2013s. The problem is that BMW has not provided any real programs on the 2013s. How much can I expect to bring down the 2013s. Is it reasonable to expect to get a 2013, same specs as 2014 for $7000 to $8000 cheaper before taxes? I can do a cash deal. So far no one is moving. I had a couple dealers try to break even and one say they are taking a $2500 loss.
Do I wait until October? It seems I can get about 7-8% off a 2014. Anyone here get a 2013 recently and what were you able to get off? |

I think the private sales are smoke and mirrors generally speaking. All the dealers are sitting on a bunch of 2013 335s, however BMWNA won't let put these cars into "Demo" status, as a result the dealers can't drop the prices enough to compete with the 2014s. I'm assuming this will happen in October.
