Colorado: looking for programming help...

Hey guys,

I've read on parts of the forum that this is a five minute job bit I don't have any of the necessary tools. I'm looking for someone who could program a passenger airbag/ seat mat bypass for me to simulate someone always sitting and buckled. I'd be happy to toss you $20 for your time.

Thanks

Also, I'm in the Broomfield area so would prefer no more than 50 miles away if possible.
