Hi Alex,

I am interested in getting the 2014 Map update for my 2012 BMW M3 Sedan. What do you need from me to verify I am ordering the correct version?

Thanks,

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Alex@Alpine for hooking me up, earlier this week with the 2014 disks and a FSC code. Alex was great to deal with and very helpful! Disks were downloaded super quick!

Just did the update today from 2009 to 2014. Emailed Alex and received reply within minutes. After PayPal, files were available for download, again, within minutes.
The files took a while to download (15+GB) but eventually all came in. Installation code was received a few hours later. Transferred files to USB sticks and then to the car. Process was simple, if a bit time consuming, babysitting the update so the Nav screen doesn't blank out.

Awesome service.

Got my 2014 maps update from Alex at Alpine and updated the nav last night. Update takes quite a bit of time, but all went well. Can't beat $50 for that update!

I purchased 3 8gb flash drives for the 2014 update and the 2nd and 3rd parts don't fit as they are larger than the available space on each 8 gb drive. What am I missing? Are there particular files in the downloaded folders that are meant to be transferred onto the drive?

Option for 2009 Nav where USB does not work

Another shout out to Alex. In my case (July 2009 build) the USB did not work, but the download was setup so that I could update via DVD. After some errors with media, I was able to burn 3 Verbatim DVD+R DL and successfully update the nav from 2009 to 2014

My 2014 CIC premium update needed one 32 GB USB stick not three 8 GB sticks.

I was able to update with USB stick + FSC code! thanks

I am getting live traffic updates too...

Maybe I am used to my navigon, but is it possible to have the view from behind the car, and not top down? Or 3D to it?
