Used ParcelMonkey a lot until i had an issue. They have zero customer service.

So now use parcel2go or interparcel depending on what i'm sending.

Got a full refund from parcel monkey so not too bad. Its just annoying dealing with them via emails.

Obviously won't be using them in the future!

P4D are very good (also if any problems arise)

Previously used Interparcel but when courier didn't pick up they didn't want to know.

Same here. Been using Parcel2Go for ages and no problems so far.

I fucking hate couriers

Been waiting all day for parcelforce to come collect my headlights so they would reach josh by Thurs. Even went for their next day AM service. Paid £30!

Rang Interparcel a few times, they just said driver will defo be there. Then rang parcelforce 4 times and each time they said someone will ring back. But NOTHING.

That's twice i've been fucked over. Once by parcelmonkey and now by Interparcel. Are there no reliable couriers out there? Are they all a bunch of fucking monkeys?

I'd stay clear of Interparcel. As mentioned earlier when there's an issue they are useless.

I use P4D from time to time and they've been good.

I mainly use UPS and DHL now as I've got business accounts with them (you get heavily discounted rates) and they have been faultless.

I will now not use interparcel or parcel monkey!

Unfortunately i don't post enough to warrant an account. I usually chose a "drop off" service, where you go and drop the parcel off to a shop. But in this case my car was undriveable (no headlights!).

Just can't believe how shite they are. I booked it yesterday for £30 for an AM delivery for tomorrow. They've ruined all the plans. I'm hoping to get a refund, or at least a part refund.

Next time i'll try P4D and parcel2go.

I've personally never had any issues with Parcelmonkey at all. Infact, I've found them more reliable than interparcel or Parcel2go.

I think it is important to use a decent courier company from one of these courier brokers too. Personally, I find City Link to be the most reliable. Never missed a collection and always delivered on time.

I once booked a parcel via interparcel and it missed 6 collections and someone was home at all times. I got a bit fed up and spoke to their manager. They wouldn't refund me or even apologise. Escalated further and the only thing I got is a apology. It still took 8 rebooked collections to actually get the parcel picked up. Fucking crazy!

Check out MyHermes for smaller stuff. Local drop off (in Glasgow at least) and not too bad price wise.

I use Parcel2go otherwise.

Thanks for the recommendations fellas.

So i rang Interparcel and cancelled my order and should get a full refund. The lady said the collections aren't guaranteed, except the Interparcel Premium service. How can they expect someone to wait in all day and NOT guarantee that? It's ridiculous.

Anyways in the end i just booked via the parcelforce website and dropped the parcel off to my local post office. It should be delivered this morning.
