Wheel experts needed!! 18x8 question

Hey all.

Im looking to buy a set of e39 m5 reps. I believe the wheels are 18x8 +20 all around. Not sure who made the wheels but have people running the m5 reps had an issue with 335 brake clearance?

Also my car is lowered on H&R springs. E90 pre LCI. Was going to run 225/40/18 for winter all around.

According to what i've read up I should be ok?

You are fine. I have that exact setup, but 17 inch and 225/45/17. You can also use 10mm spacer to rear without problems. You probably need hub centric rings, because E39 has 74.1mm center bore.

A bit more aggressive than I'd recommend, but I think you would probably be okay with a 225/40/18 tire. Also, +1 for the hubrings if they came off of an E39.
