Here's a rough guide to painting your calipers.

Of course you can buy special caliper paint, but over 5 cars I've used Japlac High Gloss Laquer, Colour - Jet Black (of course) and never had any problems with heat. Another good paint would be a gloss enamel, but I have the Japlac,...

i agree with the G2 paint. a seller on eBay has kits in every different color you can imagine (yellow, red, blue, pink, orange, purple, silver, black, white, green, etc etc) for $37.99 with free shipping. includes everything you need and worth the extra $$ IMO.

can anyone post pics of their calipers done in red? interested in the outcome...

For all of you thinking about painting your calipers, check out G2 brushable caliper paint. Its relatively inexpensive and it looks great! I am about to start a project in about two weeks to paint my calipers red and my hubs black using G2 products. I can post pictures or answer any questions after that if needed

if you can handle taking a tire off you can handle painting these. Probably one of the easiest appearance mods you can ever do.
