I tried juicing a few months ago. Kale is good, I just add celery, cucumber, bell pepper and apples. you can find a lot of recipes in the internet, i suggest you watch fat, sick and nearly dead by Joe Cross.

469$ that's a lot. spend 400$ on Vita Mix and that's it. Not spending any more money on more juicer etc. :-(

Is juicing as good as making a smoothie? With a smoothie, you drink everything. With a juicer, a lot of stuff is spat out by the machine. I have both a Vitamix and a juicer, just wondering.
