Mothers...FTW

Am I the only one who can't stand the exhaust staining? There may have been a moment during the polishing where I wondered if I lost it.

I use Mother's metal polish too! Amazing stuff! Try it on your wedding ring too, it brings the shine right back and makes it look new again.

That's what my exhaust is supposed to look like? I thought the tips were matte black...lol Wow nice work. I can't wait to get at my first full detail. I am gonna try that mothers metal polish too.

has anyone used it on the chrome door trims? I heard they're actually polished aluminum instead of a clearcoated plastic/chrome/whatever, not sure how much truth there is to that

I normally use steel wool with polish to clean my exhaust tips. Works great. Then I follow it up with polish and a microfiber.
