Headlight Issue....

Hey FL people, Latley I had been considering doing some much brighter head lights (6 or 8k) but I know nothing about them. Today on my way home my left head light went out. I was wondering if any of you could help me with installing the lights. I havent tried anything with the lighting system yet except for the easy angle eye swap. Anyone know how to install headlights? Thanks Mike.

See im not really sure what you mean by housing, but I want to basically make a really bright light system, like redo the whole thing if that makes sense lol. So I dont think just the bulb. Thanks Mike.

I believe this is what I am looking into. Could anyone help me with this on my car and would it fit properly? Thanks Mike.

Just so that you know, 6 or 8k HID bulbs are NOT brighter then stock 4100-4300k bulbs (i'm assuming that you have xenons on your car already). Anything higher then stock will have a cooler color to it, which is pure white or more blue-ish with the higher that you go, but it will put out less visable light on the road. Also, if you don't have xenons in your car already its a bad idea to retrofit just an HID ballast and bulb into your halogen housing since it will blind just about everyone else on the road (I did this back in the day in my E46). Just some food for thought.
