Manual Transmission Fluid?

My car has the Getrac GS6-17BG 6 speed transmission in my car and per Bentley that needs MTF-LT-3 fluid. I read online that Royal Purple Synchromax meets this spec. Can anyone confirm? What after market alternatives are available? The OEM fluid comes in too much quantity and is too expensive.

RP is good, but I'd suggest Redline MTL. it requires a bit more deliberation on shifts when cold, but offers better protection.

Redline seems to be the norm for aftermarket fluids, I'll probably use them when I change my trans and diff fluid

looks like RP does comply (meet? whatever) MTF-LT-3 so I went with that.

It calls for D6 ATF for the manual box:

D6 ATF - quart

For use in 6 speed manual transmission
