Just got in accident today... M-Tech?
Some idiot didn't yield to me when they were making a left hand turn and I ended up having to hit my brakes. Still hit the side of his car... Nothing major luckily but I definitely need a new front bumper. I just got this car a month ago, and the only thing I regret is not being more patient for a good deal on a M-Sport packaged one. My car is a 2011 335i. Sport and premium. Jet black. Haven't even had it long enough to mod it at all yet with work keeping me busy.
Anyways, I was thinking of talking the body shop into maybe putting a m-tech bumper on there and hopefully breaking even or even having extra cash afterwards. I was looking at the SoCal auto shop thread and noticed it was last updated in 2011... I just moved to Camarillo recently and would like to know if anyone has any good body shop recommendations near Camarillo or at least in Ventura County area. Here is a pic of the damage... |

Thanks guys. I slept on it and definitely want to do it! I just have to find a good body shop in my area. I have one lead so far, but its about an hour away from me. Had favorable reviews though. Anyone know of a good shop near Camarillo? Worst case scenario, I'm prepared to drive up to 60-70 miles. I know there isn't much out here compared to LA. I'll make a post in the SoCal auto shop thread as well in case it may get more views then this thread. I just moved here a few months ago and am still getting situated.

Get their insurance to write u a check then replace it on your own time.
You don't need a body shop for that, just part the old bumper and buy mtech.
