no they are not good in the snow. you will fuck up your car when you slide right into a curb. or better yet get stuck on an incline.

Had no problem driving in about 3 in of snow with an xi -- all reason RFTs.
Skidded a bit...maybe once...otherwise I was moving with ease. I would think with a solid set on winters there would be a bit more confidence behind the wheel
