I don't know, but hopefully it's a really good company like Google that gives you free breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND allows you to bring your cat/dog/bird to work with you in your cubicle. My buddies up there tells me it's a zoo with its myriads of creatures running/crawling/flying around.

Did I mention the free food already?

yeah, exactly, lots of demand for those jobs decreases chances of getting an interview for someone who isn't from the area. if they have two candidates, one living in cupertino, the other in pittsburgh, guess which one they'll pick to come for an interview.
