Oil change and piggybacks

Have any of you with a tuner taken your car to BMW for an oil change? Should I remove my JB2HR?

If so, which dealership and SA do you recommend?

i've had the sirius sat unit for my car for 2 months now, putting off going to the dealer because of that same thing.
