Is this possible? Help is greatly appreciated...

Hi my nameís Robert Rhau and I plan on purchasing a 2008 BMW 335i. My credit scores right now with Transunion, Experian, and Equifax are 604, 644, and 699 respectively. Iím planning on trading my care in to Carmax and the car is a 2006 Mustang in Good condition, on KBB the trade in value is about 12,000 im expecting to get no less than 8K for it.

I'm looking to find a Sparkling Graphite with Sport Package, Steptronic and Padde Shifters at the very least. Some of the other options I was looking for are Comfort Access, Navigation, Satellite Radio, Ipod + USB Adapter. I priced it all at invoice should be around $43,135. Iím expecting to negotiate to about $1K over invoice, if thatís not realistic what pricing can I expect over invoice if I choose one off the lot? Can I expect to find one with these options at a dealer?

0.0020 Base Rate Lease
7 Additional Security DepositsÖ
0.00151 New Base Lease Rate w/ Security Deposit
0.58 36 month lease off of MSRP 15,000 Miles/year

(44,135*- 25,163)/36= $527 Depreciation
*Price is including what I hope to be $1k over invoice
(44,135 + 25,163) x 0.00151= $104
$527 + $104= $631

I wasnít sure if I calculated everything correctly. If I wanted to calculate the monthly payments including tax and all that where would I add that to the formula's?

I donít work but have proof that Iíve had a steady amount of cash flow coming in for the past year. Enough to be able to cover the cost of the car with plenty left over. My question is will I be approved without a cosigner? I am looking to lease within the next 2 weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated since Iím new at this.

Yes it's possible. I'm paying $660/mo for a 36mo/12k lease w/$4k out of pocket (includes cap cost reduction, fees, & 1st mo. payment). I received $1k over invoice although it's not easy to get- my price was $46,500 (45.5k invoice). You should be able to find a car on the lot with those options and you should be approved as long as you can verify income. I recommend getting the Premium Package and deleting Comfort Access & Sirius Satellite radio....just my opinion! I hope that helps!

I think you'd be hard pressed finding one with those options WITHOUT premium.

alright so i'll consider adding the premium package... this may sound a bit strange... but i dont like leather... i prefer the leatherette on BMW's... I had leatherette on my 323 and i loved it... btw does the premium package come with navigation?

but thanks for your help guys I appreciate it but asif163 did you have your taxes rolled into your monthly payments btw?

should i contact an internet sales manager instead, because i dont want to have to deal with a salesman?

No PP does not include nav. Nav (I-drive) is a stand alone option.

Yes you can try the internet manager.

try the internet mananger. sometimes you might get a better deal if you dont see the person you are buying the car from face to face

Yes I rolled taxes into the monthly payments. My CA isn't the internet sales manager but, I never ever deal with car salesman face to face initially. I actually got in touch with every single BMW dealer in a 75 mile radius and told them to send me a quote via email for the car and options I wanted with a specific dollar amount due at signing. Once I received all of the quotes I picked the lowest one. I met the salesman to sign the paperwork and that's it- everything else I did over the phone, fax, and email.
